Include the email address used with Syscofy (and, if applicable, the email address associated with your third-party account).
Include your company or organization name and any details that help identify the account.

What Happens Next

After verifying the request, we will delete or de-identify personal data associated with the account, unless retention is required to comply with legal, security, or fraud-prevention obligations.
